ORDER & ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
How do I check my order status?
If you placed your order while logged into your two : minds account, you can check the status by going to the “Orders” section of your account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Can orders be picked up in-store?
No — online orders must be shipped to the billing address used at checkout and cannot be picked up in-store.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact support@twomindsnyc.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order before it ships. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
PAYMENTS & PRICING
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders. Orders cannot be split across multiple cards.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Yes — if an item you purchased is reduced in price within 7 days of shipment, you may request a one-time price adjustment by contacting support with your order number.
Do you price match?
Our pricing is set at the time of purchase and we do not offer price matching on past or current orders.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Order Processing
Orders placed on business days before 12 PM ET (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM ET, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Confirmations & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Shipping Costs & Timeframes
Free ground shipping is automatically applied on all orders shipped to the continental United States. International shipping is not currently offered.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Packages are delivered without signature unless selected at checkout. Responsibility transfers to the customer once marked delivered.
Jewelry & Special Handling
Jewelry orders require a delivery signature. Jewelry items may ship separately.
Return Eligibility
Full-price items in new, unworn condition with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, jewelry, watches, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return. Online and in-store purchases must be returned through their original channel.
How to Return
Use the prepaid return label included with your order and retain proof of drop-off. Contact support if you need a replacement label.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Gift Returns
Eligible gift returns may be issued as online store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact support immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Make a Return

Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip in your return package. Please be sure to mark the return quantity for all items you’re returning.

Seal the box securely and adhere the return shipping label included with your order to the package.

Packages can be dropped off at any FedEx drop-off location (https://local.fedex.com/en-us). We highly recommend obtaining a receipt upon drop-off.

If you do not receive a return label in your package or have misplaced it, please contact support@twomindsnyc.com to obtain a copy.
